The PS9513, PS9513L1, PS9513L2, and PS9513L3 are high-speed photocouplers designed for intelligent power module (IPM) drive applications. They feature an AlGaAs LED and a photo diode with a signal processing circuit on a single chip, offering high common mode transient immunity (CMTI) and low pulse width distortion. The PS9513L1, PS9513L2, and PS9513L3 variants provide extended creepage distance for improved isolation, with L2 and L3 suitable for surface mounting.
