The RV1S9207A is an optical coupled isolator designed for high common mode transient immunity (CMR) and high switching speed. It integrates an AlGaAs LED, photo diode, signal processing circuit, and power output MOS FETs on a single chip. Its small package with long creepage distance and high isolation voltage makes it suitable for driving IGBTs and Power MOS FETs in industrial inverters and AC servo applications.
