The Toshiba TLP2355 is an infrared LED coupled with a high-gain, high-speed photo detector, housed in an SO6 package. It features a totem-pole output stage with current sourcing and sinking capabilities, and an internal Faraday shield for guaranteed common-mode transient immunity of 20 kV/s. Designed for signal isolation and high-speed digital interfacing, it is suitable for applications such as Intelligent Power Modules, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), and instrumentation and control devices.
