The Si826x isolators are pin-compatible, drop-in upgrades for popular opto-coupled gate drivers, offering enhanced performance and reliability. Utilizing proprietary silicon isolation technology, these drivers support up to 5.0 kVRMS withstand voltage and 10kV surge protection. They are ideal for driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs in inverter and motor control applications. The Si826x features a low-power diode emulator, rail-to-rail output voltage, and consistent propagation delay independent of input drive current, leading to longer service life and superior common-mode rejection compared to traditional opto-drivers.
