The MP3120 series is a high-isolation DIP8 DC input gate driver photocoupler from Miracle Technology Co., Ltd. Designed for high-speed driver applications, it features robust isolation up to 5000 VRMS and operates across a wide temperature range of -40 C to 110 C. With a rail-to-rail output and a peak output current of 2.5A, this series is ideal for driving IGBT/MOSFETs in demanding applications such as uninterruptible power supplies, industrial inverters, and AC/brushless DC motor drives.
