The Avago ACPL-337J is a highly integrated 4.0 Amp Gate Drive Optocoupler designed for driving IGBTs and Power MOSFETs in motor control and inverter applications. It features fast propagation delay, excellent timing skew performance, and integrated protection features for IGBTs, including desaturation detection with soft-shutdown and fault feedback, undervoltage lockout (UVLO) with feedback, and active Miller current clamping. This optocoupler offers reinforced insulation and reliability for safe signal isolation in high-voltage and noisy industrial environments. Its compact, surface-mountable SO-16 package saves space, making it suitable for demanding industrial applications.
