The ACPL-T350 is an IGBT gate driver optocoupler designed for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs in motor control inverter applications. It features a GaAsP LED optically coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage, providing the necessary drive voltages for gate-controlled devices. With its high operating voltage range and significant current output, the ACPL-T350 is ideal for directly driving IGBTs up to 1200 V/100 A or for driving discrete power stages for higher-rated IGBTs. Key features include 2.5A peak output current, high common mode rejection, low output voltage, low supply current, under-voltage lockout protection, and a wide operating voltage range. It is suitable for industrial temperature ranges and meets stringent safety and regulatory standards.
