The 6N137, HCPL-26xx/06xx/4661, and HCNW137/26x1 series are optically coupled gates that combine a GaAsP light-emitting diode with an integrated high-gain photodetector. Featuring high speed (10 MBd typical), LSTTL/TTL compatibility, and low input current capability (5 mA), these optocouplers offer robust isolation for various applications. They are designed for high-speed logic interfacing, input/output buffering, and use in environments with extreme ground or induced noise. The internal shield provides a guaranteed common-mode transient immunity specification up to 15,000 V/s at Vcm = 1000 V, ensuring maximum AC and DC circuit isolation.
