The MSB capacitor is a metallized polypropylene film capacitor with a non-inductive, series construction. It features tinned copper leads and is encapsulated in a flame-retardant plastic case with epoxy resin. It is designed for applications requiring high pulse, high voltage, high current, and oscillating current handling, such as in lighting, automotive lamps, and ballasts.
