The IT series pulse transformers provide galvanic isolation between drive and power circuits, offering voltage resistance up to 8 kV and ignition currents up to 3 A. They are designed for transformer-coupled gate drives, featuring negligible delays and voltage scaling capabilities. The ignition current is a set peak value where the voltage drop over the coil resistance is still insignificant (mostly below 1 V).
