Belonging to Schneider OsiSense XC series, the XCE154C is a robust industrial limit switch designed for medium-load applications. It is equipped with a Φ3mm steel round rod lever and features bi-directional spring return, enabling actuation and automatic reset from two lateral directions. With standard 1NO + 1NC contact configuration and IP65 ingress protection, this switch delivers stable and reliable position detection, travel limitation and safety interlock performance for various industrial machinery and automated systems.
High-strength cold-rolled steel round rod lever ensures excellent rigidity, wear resistance and long service life, suitable for frequent mechanical collision and actuation.
Supports two-way lateral actuation and automatic reset by built-in spring after force removal, ideal for reciprocating and multi-directional motion equipment.
Integrated one Normally Open and one Normally Closed independent contacts, flexible for circuit control and signal feedback with PLC, relay and other control units.
Dust-tight and resistant to low-pressure water jets, perfectly works in harsh environments with dust, moisture and water splashing.
Precise snap action mechanism guarantees fast and consistent switching action; maximum operating rate reaches 120 cycles per minute.
Combination of industrial thermoplastic housing and metal parts, anti-vibration and impact-resistant. Mechanical life up to 15 million cycles.
Standard surface mounting structure with compact size. Screw-clamp terminals fit 1*1.5mm² wires; flexible rubber cable gland supports cable diameter 6~9mm.
