Introduction of YZG/FZG industrial vacuum dryer
The so-called vacuum drying means that the dried material is subjected to heating and drying under vacuum conditions, and if the vacuum pump is used for dehumidification, the drying rate is accelerated.
Note: If a condenser is used, the solvent in the material can be recovered through the condenser; if SK series water ring vacuum pump or ZSWJ series hydraulic jet vacuum pump unit is used, the condenser can be used without saving the investment.
[application]
Industrial vacuum dryer is suitable for low temperature drying of heat sensitive materials which are easy to decompose, polymerize or deteriorate under high temperature; it is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, electronics and other industries.
[Feature]
The boiling point of the material solution is reduced under vacuum, so that the heat transfer driving force of the evaporator is increased, so that the heat transfer area of the evaporator can be saved for a certain amount of heat transfer.
The heat source for the evaporation operation can be circulated with low pressure steam or waste heat steam and hot water.
Less heat loss in the evaporator
It can be disinfected before drying. There is no impurity in the drying process, which meets GMP requirements.
It belongs to static vacuum dryer, so the shape of dry material will not be damaged.
