Three, the characteristics of equipment: 1, vacuum drying period box for the chamber structure, oven of the liner, heating plate layer, baking plate all using sus316l stainless steel manufacturing, outsourcing plate SUS304 production, intermediate filling insulation cotton, heating plate layer split installation, cavity without dead angle, temperature control precision, easy maintenance, easy disassembly, and each board layer can be online "CIP"
, the vacuum drying box plate layer heating method is hot water or thermal oil.
2, heating plate can withstand pressure 0.5MPa, vacuum chamber withstand pressure -0.1mpa
3, vacuum chamber and board design temperature 0~145℃
4. The upper and lower part of vacuum chamber is provided with heating plate layer
5, the vacuum chamber outside the use of steel reinforcement
