Xi'an Runlai Instrumentation is located in the Zhongxing Deep Blue Technology Industrial Park of Xixian New Area. It boasts a 2,000㎡ modern production base, establishing a complete flexible production line that covers core sensing modules, complete instruments, to complete sets of gas analysis systems. The company can mass-produce over twenty gas analysis products across three major series, achieving self-research and self-production of core sensors. It has integrated the entire value chain from R&D, component manufacturing, assembly and calibration, to quality inspection and delivery, ensuring key technologies are independently controllable.
The production line operates strictly in accordance with the ISO9001 quality management system, with standardized SOP work processes in place. The production process includes eleven major steps:

Relying on specialized calibration stations, standard gas equipment, and environmental simulation testing devices, each analyzer undergoes prolonged power-on aging, high and low temperature simulation, anti-interference testing, and multi-point concentration calibration to ensure instrument accuracy, repeatability, and long-term stability. Explosion-proof models undergo additional sealing and pressure resistance tests to meet the usage requirements of hazardous areas such as chemical and metallurgical industries.
The workshop implements full-process quality traceability management. Components must pass strict screening before entering the factory, and each device is assigned a unique production number. Process records and calibration data are archived for easy traceability of any issues. The production line is capable of both standardized mass production and custom non-standard production, quickly completing custom assembly and debugging of complete analysis systems for various working conditions such as air separation, furnace gas, chemical processes, and new energy.
With certifications including CPA metrology license, explosion-proof, and CE, Runlai's production line adheres to the philosophy of precision manufacturing. It does not engage in simple equipment assembly but controls quality from the source with core NDIR infrared, DOAS ultraviolet, TDLAS laser, and thermal conductivity sensors, ensuring that instruments can operate stably in complex industrial environments with high temperatures, high humidity, and dust.
