The measurement principle of the imported thin-film capacitive ceramic humidity sensor is based on the capacitive change response of the sensor's sensitive element to the moisture content in the gas. The sensor is made of a thin functional film layer of special ceramic material. When water molecules in the environment pass through the protective layer and are adsorbed by the film, it causes a change in the dielectric constant of the medium, thereby changing the capacitance value. The sensor detects this capacitance change and, in combination with temperature compensation and signal processing circuits, calculates the corresponding humidity or dew point value, achieving rapid and stable moisture measurement.
