The R-B100C Oxygen Analyzer is an intelligent analytical instrument designed based on imported electrochemical fuel cell technology, capable of accurately measuring oxygen content in mixed gases. This instrument uses high-precision fuel cell sensors, featuring long lifespan, fast response, and accurate measurement results. It also allows for the selection of appropriate sensors for different background gases.
It is mainly used in industrial applications requiring trace oxygen content monitoring, such as magnetic material production, bottled nitrogen purity testing, and air separation nitrogen production. It is a reliable and practical gas analysis tool. When using it, it's important to keep the sample gas clean and avoid the entry of liquid water, oil, and dust.
Features a fully Chinese menu for intuitive and easy operation; includes control contact output and audible/vision alarm functions, with flexible and intuitive alarm settings
Equipped with imported high-performance sensors for accurate measurement and quick response, ensuring reliable and authentic data.
Built-in temperature compensation function effectively suppresses interference from changes in ambient and sample gas temperatures; uses a new type of gas path flow stabilization system to ensure continuous and stable analysis.
Supports scheduled automatic storage and historical data retrieval to meet unattended operation requirements; optional built-in exhaust pump enhances the device's applicability under various working conditions.
Electrochemical/Zirconia Working Principle
Electrochemical principle: It consists of two electrodes - the cathode is a piece of PTFE coated with an active catalyst, and the anode is a lead block. This sealed container has only one capillary pore at the top, allowing oxygen to pass through and reach the working electrode. The two electrodes are connected to two protruding pins on the sensor surface via current collectors, and the sensor is connected to the device it's being used with through these two pins. The sensor is filled with an electrolyte solution that enables different ions to exchange between the electrodes.
Zirconia principle: It utilizes the unique physical properties of zirconia at high temperatures. A zirconia sensor measures oxygen by detecting the partial pressure of oxygen in the sample gas. It has a fast response time and is widely used in high-temperature applications, such as boiler combustion control.
