1,Navigation system production line
Since 2010, the company has established a rapid equipment technology for miniaturized inertial navigation products, starting from production process links such as electrical welding, shafting debugging, structural assembly, and static testing. At present, the batch production and assembly capabilities of embedded laser inertial navigation and integrated fiber optic gyroscope inertial navigation have been formed, with an annual production capacity of 2,000 sets of inertial navigation products.
2,Laser gyroscope production line
Since 2012, the company has invested 50 million US dollars to continuously break through various key technologies of laser gyroscopes and successfully developed a series of high-precision laser gyroscopes that are practical for engineering.At present, batch production of 50, 70, 90 and 120 laser gyroscopes has been formed. The stability of the gyroscopes covers 0.0005°/h to 0.02°/h, and the comprehensive error of the scale factor covers 1ppm to 10ppm. It has an annual production capacity of 3,000 axes.
3,Fiber optic gyroscope production line
Since 2014, our company has fully leveraged the advantages of the integrity, efficiency and low cost of the optoelectronics industry chain in Wuhan area, and has now achieved an annual production capacity of over 10,000 axes. In 2024, the delivery volume will exceed 5,000 axes. The zero-offset stability of high-precision fiber optic gyroscopes will be better than 0.001°/h, and the comprehensive error of the scale factor will be better than 10ppm, reaching the first-class level in China.
