High aluminum castable is based on the traditional ratio, adjust the particle distribution, add different admixtures, reduce the amount of cement, improve the performance, improve the medium temperature strength and load softening temperature, reduce the thermal conductivity, good thermal stability.
It has the characteristics of high aluminum castable such as permeability resistance, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, wear resistance, good mechanical properties, strong integrity of furnace structure, good air tightness, extended furnace life, saving furnace repair costs, and remarkable economic benefits.
High alumina refractory castable has high mechanical strength and good thermal shock resistance and abrasion resistance. After drying and calcination at high temperature, the body density will not shrink basically. High aluminum castable not only has high strength at room temperature, but also has no change in strength when white cement is used at medium temperature.
The construction of high aluminum castable is also more important, especially the addition of water, to be controlled according to the amount of construction instructions, can not be more, the first aggregate and fine powder when mixing, and then add the binder, the mixing time can not be less than 5 minutes.
After the initial solidification and final solidification of the high aluminum refractory castable after construction, the high aluminum castable can be demoulded by maintenance, and then it can be put into baking after natural conservation for an appropriate time.
The price of high aluminum castable is determined according to the body density and the amount of aluminum. The castable price produced by high aluminum castable with low body density will be relatively low. If it is a castable with high body density and high aluminum content, the price will be relatively high.
High alumina refractory castable is mainly used in the lining of boiler, blast furnace, hot blast furnace, heating furnace.
