High Alumina Castable Introduction

High alumina refractory castable is an unshape material made by mixing high alumina bauxite as the main refractory aggregate, adding additives, binders, and other materials. Mixing with water can be directly used, using vibration casting for molding. Generally speaking, the operating temperature range is between 1400 ° C and 1600 ° C. High alumina castable can be directly cast into an integral lining on industrial furnaces or prefabricated into fire-resistant prefabricated blocks, which can be used for masonry in industrial furnaces.

Characteristic of High Alumina Castable 

1.Has a certain degree of corrosion resistance; 

2.High refractory temperature and high load softening temperature; 

3.High compressive strength and excellent thermal shock resistance; 

4.High density, low porosity. 

5. Good resistance to flake performance. 

Applications:
It is commonly used for the lining of CFB boiler furnace top, rear wall and other parts, various heat treatment furnace linings and burners, electric furnace tapping trough, high temperature section of lime shaft kiln, Rotary kiln head, blast furnace hot blast furnace, heating furnace, ceramic kiln, power plant boiler and other industrial kilns, as well as the kilns and thermal equipment of petroleum, chemical industry, building materials, power and machinery industries.
