The HMC349ALP4CE is a high-performance, monolithic GaAs pHEMT single-pole double-throw (SPDT) RF switch engineered for broadband operation across the 0.1 GHz to 26.5 GHz frequency range. It delivers exceptional electrical performance, including low insertion loss (typically 0.4 dB at 10 GHz), high isolation (minimum 30 dB at 10 GHz), and fast switching speed (less than 20 ns), making it ideal for routing high-frequency signals between two paths with minimal signal degradation.
