Installation Notes
Professional installation required. Brake system safety is critical:
Raise and secure the vehicle – Safely lift the front axle and support on jack stands
Remove the front wheels – Remove the front wheels for access to the brake assembly
Remove the brake caliper – Unbolt and carefully remove the brake caliper (support it securely)
Remove the brake pads – Remove the brake pads from the caliper bracket
Remove the old brake disc – Remove the retaining screws and slide the disc off the hub
Clean the hub mounting surface – Thoroughly clean the hub surface to ensure proper disc seating
Inspect the hub – Check for damage or runout; replace if necessary
Install the new brake disc – Position the new disc on the hub and secure with retaining screws
Install the brake pads – Install new or existing brake pads
Reinstall the brake caliper – Reinstall the caliper and torque bolts to manufacturer specifiion
Reinstall the wheels – Reinstall the front wheels and torque lug nuts to specifiion
Lower the vehicle – Lower the vehicle to the ground
Pump the brake pedal – Pump the brake pedal several times to seat the pads against the disc
