Installation Notes
Installation steps (typical for engine cooling fan):
Disconnect battery negative cable
Remove the fan shroud (if equipped) for access
If the fan is mounted to a fan clutch, use a holding tool to prevent rotation
Remove the mounting bolts securing the fan to the clutch or water pump hub
Remove the old fan. Inspect the fan clutch for leaks or play - replace if necessary
Compare new fan with old - verify diameter (710mm), bolt pattern, and orientation
Install the new fan onto the clutch/hub, ensuring the bolt holes align
Hand-start all bolts, then torque to specifiion. Use a star pattern
Reinstall the fan shroud
Reconnect battery, start engine, and check for vibration or unusual noise
