Precision-engineered clutch slave cylinder converts hydraulic pressure from the master cylinder into mechanical force, enabling smooth clutch engagement and disengagement for HINO 300 and Dutro trucks with N04C diesel engines.
Professional installation recommended. Proper hydraulic system bleeding is critical:
Disconnect battery – Disconnect the negative battery cable before beginning work
Drain clutch fluid – Drain the clutch fluid from the reservoir and system
Disconnect hydraulic line – Carefully disconnect the clutch fluid line from the slave cylinder
Remove the old slave cylinder – Unbolt and remove the old slave cylinder from the transmission bell housing
Inspect the push rod – Check the push rod and clutch release fork for wear or damage; replace if necessary
Clean the mounting area – Clean the mounting surface and surrounding area
Prepare the new slave cylinder – Inspect the new cylinder and verify it matches the original
Install the new slave cylinder – Position the new cylinder and secure with mounting bolts
Connect the push rod – Connect the push rod to the clutch release fork
Connect hydraulic line – Reconnect the clutch fluid line to the slave cylinder
Fill reservoir – Fill the master cylinder reservoir with the correct type of clutch/brake fluid
Bleed the system – Bleed the hydraulic clutch system to remove all air from the lines
Check pedal feel – Test the clutch pedal for proper feel and travel
Reconnect battery – Reconnect the battery
Test operation – Start the engine and test clutch engagement and shifting
Check for leaks – Inspect the slave cylinder and all connections for fluid leakage
Road test – Test drive the vehicle to verify smooth clutch operation

Dimensional Inspection: Bore size, mounting dimensions, and port positions verified against OEM tolerances
