Installation steps (typical for transmission speed sensor):
Disconnect battery negative cable
Locate the meter transmission on the transmission output housing
Disconnect the electrical connector
Remove the mounting bolt or unscrew the sensor
Remove the old sensor
Clean the mounting bore
Apply dielectric grease to the new sensor's O-ring (if present) and connector pins
Install the new sensor and tighten to specification (8-12 Nm)
Reconnect the electrical connector
Reconnect battery
Test drive - verify speedometer operation
