The High-Level Alarm Box is a specialized safety monitoring instrument designed for industrial and marine applications, aimed at providing high-level detection, early warning, and safety interlock protection capabilities. Its primary function is to mitigate the risk of tank overflow—a hazard that may arise from excessive liquid levels during the filling and storage of various media. This device is fully compatible with a wide range of liquid level sensors, enabling the real-time acquisition of level signals as well as the execution of threshold analysis, high-level alarm output, and on-site safety alerts.

Featuring a compact structure, the alarm box boasts exceptional anti-interference capabilities and high operational stability. Its internal architecture utilizes industrial-grade circuit design, complemented by standardized cabinet protection measures. Should the liquid level rise to reach the preset high-level alarm threshold, the system will immediately trigger simultaneous audible and visual alarms. Concurrently, it outputs a switch interlock signal to deactivate the feed pump or close the inlet valve, thereby effectively preventing safety incidents such as liquid overflow, equipment damage, and environmental contamination.
