The Marine Overflow Monitoring and Alarm System is a professional marine-grade safety monitoring device specially developed for liquid overflow prevention and level safety monitoring of ship cargo tanks, ballast tanks, fuel tanks and chemical storage tanks. Designed in strict accordance with marine industry safety specifications and IMO international maritime standards, the system integrates high-precision level detection, signal intelligent analysis, real-time data display, sound-light alarm reminder and interlock protection control functions.

Adopting dedicated marine anti-corrosion, shockproof and moisture-proof design, the system can adapt to harsh marine working environments such as hull vibration, wave impact, high humidity and salt fog erosion. It works with matched marine level sensors to monitor the liquid level change of ship storage tanks in real time. Once the liquid level reaches the preset overflow limit, the system will immediately trigger an alarm signal and support linkage control of liquid inlet valves and conveying pumps to effectively prevent liquid overflow accidents, avoid marine environmental pollution and ship safety hazards caused by overflow, and ensure the safety and standardization of ship loading, unloading and navigation operations.
