Geosynthetic Clay Liner (GCL) is an innovative composite anti-seepage material, which is professionally composed of high-expansion sodium bentonite sandwiched between two layers of geotextiles (non-woven fabric and woven fabric) and processed by needle punching or adhesive bonding method. It integrates the flexibility of geotextiles and the excellent waterproof performance of bentonite, forming a dense waterproof barrier when encountering water, which is more efficient and reliable than traditional compacted clay liners.
Production Process: The production strictly follows the international quality control system. First, select high-purity natural sodium bentonite (montmorillonite content ≥ 85%) and test its expansion performance; then weave the geotextile base material by professional textile technology, and evenly spread the bentonite powder on the middle layer of the geotextile; finally, fix the three layers of materials into an integrated blanket by needle punching (to ensure that the bentonite does not flow) or adhesive bonding, and cut and roll according to the standard specifications.

Application Scenarios: It is mainly used in environmental protection anti-seepage projects with high standards, such as municipal solid waste landfills, hazardous waste disposal sites, and industrial wastewater storage tanks. It can also be applied to the anti-seepage of artificial lakes, reservoirs, and underground garages, effectively preventing the leakage of harmful substances and protecting the ecological environment
