Geosynthetic Clay Liner (GCL) has excellent flexibility and adaptability, which can be freely bent, cut, and laid according to the shape of the terrain, and can closely fit the irregular surface without cracks or gaps. Even if the foundation settles unevenly, the GCL can still maintain its integrity, and the bentonite inside can repair cracks within 2mm, ensuring the anti-seepage effect is not affected.
Production Process: The production process is optimized for the characteristics of irregular terrain construction. The geotextile surface is treated with anti-slip treatment to increase the friction coefficient between the GCL and the base surface, preventing sliding during construction. The bentonite is evenly distributed in the geotextile through the precision spreading equipment, and the needle punching density is increased to 200 punches/m², ensuring that the bentonite does not agglomerate or flow. The finished product is rolled with a flexible core to avoid damage during transportation and uncoiling.

Permeability coefficient: ≤ 3×10⁻¹¹ m/s
Operating temperature range: -20℃ to 60℃ (can be constructed in low temperature environment)
Width: 4-5m, length: 30-50m (customizable according to construction needs)
Application Scenarios: Focus on underground engineering anti-seepage with irregular terrain, such as tunnels, subways, underground pipe corridors, and basement waterproofing. It can also be used in the anti-seepage of slopes, embankments, and other projects with complex terrain, solving the problem that traditional waterproof materials are difficult to lay and have poor adaptability.
