1. Box structure The trash can adopts a sturdy frame structure welded with reinforcing beams and high-strength steel plates. The sides are made of a single plate and do not require a longitudinal welding process. The overall box has beautiful appearance, light weight, good stress and is not easy to deform.

2. The dozer assembly is welded by a rectangular steel pipe frame and a bent plate. Adjustable sealing strips are installed on both sides and top of the dozer blade to ensure the gap between the dozer blade and the box. It is not only lightweight in structure, but also evenly distributes garbage and unloads cleanly and thoroughly.

3. The packing assembly is mainly composed of packing shell, sliding plate, scraper and other parts. The filling slide rail is made of high-strength wear-resistant material cold-bent, and the lower arc plate is made of high-strength wear-resistant material. There is a leak on the arc plate, which is convenient for the sewage inside the filler to flow into the lower sewage storage tank to avoid sewage leakage during transportation. A large-capacity sewage storage tank is provided at the bottom of the filler, and the sewage tank has two large-diameter sewage outlets; The two sides of the skateboard are made of integral nylon sliders, which are self-lubricating, with high stability and better wear resistance; The stressed part of the scraper has been partially reinforced, and the structure is strong and lightweight.

4. The turning mechanism is welded by bent materials and profiles, with a firm structure and beautiful appearance. The stressed parts such as the cylinder bracket, the trash can lifting assembly, the bucket guide plate, the connecting rod bracket and other stressed parts are all made of cast steel, which has a firm structure and is not easy to break.
