2. Introduction to electrical control system
The system is built with a modular design concept, and is mainly composed of five parts: control box assembly, front operation CAN bus keyboard, rear operation button box group, proximity switch sensor, and body wiring harness. The components are connected to each other through connectors such as aviation plug-ins and automotive-grade waterproof plug-ins. It has high integration, concise system, convenient installation, simple wiring, simplified system, high protection level, water resistance, corrosion resistance, IP67 protection level, 9~36VDC wide operating voltage range, and a single button life of more than 1 million times. It has been widely used in engineering machinery and sanitation machinery industries, with high reliability, stable performance, and backlight function, which is convenient for night operations and beautiful.
The upper wiring harness adopts an integrated design with high reliability and convenient installation and wiring. It is produced by professional manufacturers of automobile and engineering machinery wiring harnesses. It is a professional conduction test bench for garbage compactor trucks with an accuracy rate of 100%, meeting the QC/T29106-2014 automobile wiring harness standard. The function of each connector is clearly marked, error-proof, easy to install and efficient.
3. Working device
Different users can choose different bucket (bucket) mechanisms according to different garbage collection methods: standard iron garbage bucket ZBT59003-88 (300L), plastic garbage bucket (240L), plastic garbage bucket (660L), small garbage bucket on board (800L), sealed covered garbage bucket (1400L), swing arm garbage bucket (3000L).
