Product Overview
The GK Series Dry Granulator is a sophisticated roller compaction system engineered for binder-free dry granulation. By leveraging crystalline water inherent in raw materials, it directly converts fine powder into consistent solid granules, removing the need for wetting agents and secondary drying steps entirely.
It excels at processing materials incompatible with conventional wet granulation techniques. The resultant granules are ideal for tableting, capsule filling, and seasoning manufacturing. Boasting a well-structured mechanical design, the unit delivers reliable stable operation, alongside convenient disassembly, cleaning and routine maintenance.
