JCG chlorine dioxide generator adopts the chemical process of sodium chlorite solution and hydrochloric acid reaction. It uses positive pressure extraction technology and negative pressure aeration technology. Widely used in the disinfection treatment of tap water, secondary water supply of high-rise building, swimming pool water and food processing water, the sterilization, algae killing, and deodorization treatment of circulating cooling water, as well as the purification and decolorization treatment of hospital sewage, printing and dyeing wastewater(textile wastewater) and other sewage.
High purity
The purity of produced chlorine dioxide is greater than or equal to 98%, in line with the requirements of drinking water disinfection, which can be safely used for drinking water disinfection.
High conversion rate
Chlorite conversion rate is greater than or equal to 90%. No heating is required, and raw materials react spontaneously.
Easy installation
It has high degree of integration and small footprint. The cabinet installation method, advanced process design and optimized reaction conditions reduce the volume of the device and save installation space.
Wide applicability
Spontaneous reaction, applicable to all scenarios. Do not need to heat the reactor. Two raw material solutions can react themselves in the reactor to produce high purity chlorine dioxide. It can simultaneously realize the positive pressure liquid extraction technology and negative pressure aeration technology in the chlorine dioxide generator industry, and can be used in various ordinary scenarios and high back pressure scenarios.

Process principle
Chlorine dioxide generator adopts the chemical process of raw material reaction. Under the control of PLC, a certain concentration of sodium chlorite solution and hydrochloric acid are automatically measured and transported through the precise metering system to the reaction system in the negative pressure environment. The chlorine dioxide gas is produced through the negative pressure aeration reaction. Diluted water passes through the reactor absorption system, and dissolves the gas to make a certain concentration of chlorine dioxide disinfectant, which is then added to the water to be treated through the dosing pipeline.
