Powder coating, electroplating, passivation, and hard anodizing are also available, ensuring every heatsink and aluminum part meets both functional and cosmetic requirements.
Quality is verified at every stage with coordinate measuring machines (CMM), spectrum analyzers, film thickness gauges, and torsion meters. Our quality and environmental systems are certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, with SGS test reports available for 6063 and 6463 aluminum alloys.
