Our split type aluminum extrusion enclosure, also known as CNC machined aluminum housing, is a widely adopted electronic aluminum case for electronic hardware assembly. The blank housing is formed via aluminum extrusion, then processed with precise CNC milling, drilling, grooving and edge deburring. Constructed from 6063 aluminum alloy, this custom aluminium extruded housing features built-in heat dissipation ribs to boost thermal performance. The surface adopts sandblasted dark blue anodization, improving scratch resistance and corrosion resistance. It is designed as a compact mini gateway aluminum enclosure, reserving precise cutouts for ports, buttons and wiring.
