This portable electronic aluminum case is a split aluminum PCB controller housing fully processed by CNC milling from solid 6061-T6 aluminum billet. The whole set includes base housing and matching cover plate. CNC machining forms inner cavity, outer contour, installation threaded holes and decorative heat dissipation diagonal grooves in one cycle.
After precision deburring, the workpiece undergoes uniform fine sandblasting followed by black hard anodization to enhance surface hardness, abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance.
