This precision CNC threaded coupling sleeve is a one-piece Swiss CNC lathe machined stainless steel fluid fitting. Raw material is solid 304 stainless steel bar stock. All outer contours, sealing grooves, internal thread and end center hole are completed in single setup on Swiss CNC turning machine. After precision machining, parts go through ultrasonic cleaning and deburring, followed by stainless steel passivation treatment to improve corrosion resistance.
It works as a reliable threaded connection hose adapter for fluid transmission systems.
