This flanged mounting mic outer casing is fully manufactured on swiss-type CNC automatic lathes. 6063 aluminum bar stock is continuously fed, and all structural features including mounting flange base, tapered outer contour, multi-stage internal assembly cavities and lateral sound transmission slots are completed in a single clamping operation. The one-step forming ensures superior concentricity and consistent dimensional repeatability without secondary milling processes.
After machining, components undergo ultrasonic cleaning and precision deburring to eliminate micro burrs inside cavities and slots. The finished surface adopts hard matte black anodization, featuring anti-fingerprint, wear-resistant performance and premium uniform appearance to upgrade the texture of finished audio devices.
