Product Description

This aluminum microphone housing is precision produced on swiss-type CNC automatic lathes. Raw 6063 aluminum bar stock is fed into the machine, completing outer contour turning, step machining, inner hole boring and side sound transmission slots in a single clamping process. No secondary milling operation is required, ensuring consistent dimensional accuracy.
After machining, parts go through ultrasonic cleaning and precision deburring to eliminate sharp edges. The final surface treatment is sandblasting plus matte black anodizing, delivering uniform anti-glare texture, abrasion resistance and corrosion protection.
The shell is designed to accommodate microphone capsules and audio circuit boards. Slotted side walls act as sound transmission channels, widely adopted for consumer and commercial audio hardware.
