Core performance enhancement
Super large load capacity
Rated lifting capacity of 5 tons (some models can be overloaded to 125% for a short time), can safely lift heavy machinery, large molds, steel structures, etc.
High-strength alloy lifting chain: using φ13mm~16mm large diameter alloy steel chain (much thicker than φ6mm~10mm of 1-ton model), carburized and quenched, tensile strength ≥800MPa, wear-resistant and impact-resistant.
Reinforced hook: forged alloy steel hook body, standard safety tongue, some models are equipped with rotating hook, convenient for adjusting the load direction.
Powerful drive system
High-power motor: three-phase 380V motor (power about 3kW~7.5kW), providing stable power, smooth start and stop without impact.
Double-stage gear reduction: optimized gearbox design, using hardened gears, transmission efficiency>80%, low noise (<75dB) and good heat dissipation.
Dual speed/frequency conversion control (optional):
Normal speed + micro speed: Micro speed (1/3~1/10 of normal speed) is used for precise positioning (such as equipment installation).
Frequency conversion control: stepless speed regulation, smoother start and stop, and reduced load swing (especially suitable for precision lifting).
