2014 — The Foundation of KMAXS Group
KMAXS Group was founded with a clear ambition: to build an integrated cosmetics enterprise connecting manufacturing, international trade, product development and brand operations.
From the beginning, the Group focused on creating more than a traditional processing factory. Its goal was to establish a full-chain beauty platform capable of supporting customers from product concept to global market delivery.
2017 — Establishing the Korean Innovation Platform
KMAX Korea was established in Chungcheongnam-do, South Korea, strengthening the Group’s access to K-beauty research, advanced biotechnology, active ingredient innovation and Korea’s highly developed cosmetics supply chain.
The Korean operation became an important bridge between global beauty trends, scientific research and commercial product development.
Building an Integrated Dual-Country Model
In the years that followed, KMAXS continued to strengthen its dual-country structure:
Guangzhou Headquarters developed into the Group’s operations, marketing and global customer service center.
KMAX Korea became the center for frontier R&D, biotechnology and specialized product innovation.
Guangzhou Tianhao, Guangzhou Meixi and Guangzhou Tata formed the Group’s large-scale manufacturing and production base.
