Introduction

The LR-P50 electro-hydraulic servo high-frequency fatigue testing machine is primarily used to test the dynamic and static mechanical properties of materials and components. It can perform mechanical property tests in tension, compression, bending, tension-tension, tension-compression, and compression-compression modes, and can conduct low-cycle and high-cycle fatigue tests using sine wave, triangular wave, and square wave output forms. Adding a WCOD crack extension system allows for crack propagation testing, and configuring a high-low temperature chamber enables high-low temperature mechanical property testing.

Product Composition

The LR-P50 electro-hydraulic servo fatigue testing machine mainly consists of a main frame, a 50kN servo cylinder, a 40L/min adjustable pressure pump station, an oil source air cooling system, testing fixtures, a hydraulic servo drive module, a crossbeam lifting drive module, a fully digital servo control system and testing software, a computer, a printer, etc.

1. Main Machine:

The main machine is a two-column frame structure. The lower part is the base. Type A machine has a 150kN servo cylinder, hydraulic servo drive module, crossbeam lifting drive module, etc. inside. The cylinder of the Type B machine is on the upper part of the crossbeam, and the selection depends on the customer's testing requirements. The space between the test platform and the crossbeam serves as the test area. The size of the test area is adjusted by raising and lowering the crossbeam. A displacement sensor is installed on the actuator piston rod to measure the actuator displacement (amplitude), and a load sensor is installed below the crossbeam to measure the test force. The test fixtures below the sensor are replaced according to different tests. The crossbeam adjustment uses hydraulic lifting and a combination of hydraulic and mechanical locking to ensure secure clamping of the crossbeam and more accurate test results. The testing machine main unit features easy crossbeam lifting, high frame rigidity, convenient specimen installation, and good centering.

2. Servo Cylinder:

The servo cylinder is the core component of the testing machine that outputs test force and displacement. The cylinder barrel undergoes precision honing, and the piston rod undergoes surface hardening, super-precision grinding, and electroplating. The seals use imported Trelleborg, Glydring, and guide rings, ensuring low friction, good sealing, fast dynamic response, and long service life. The servo valve uses a Japanese direct-acting high-frequency servo valve DA03S-8V-C or American MOOG or domestic brand Hangyu (HY), which are internationally and domestically renowned brands.

3. Test Fixtures:

Tensile and compression fixtures are standard test fixtures. Bending and shear fixtures are also available, and special fixtures can be designed according to requirements.

4. Adjustable Pressure Pump Station:

The pump station has a cabinet structure, which is simple, elegant, and well-sealed. The pump station mainly consists of a frame, oil tank, oil pump motor unit, valve block, hydraulic components, pipelines, and cooling system, providing a hydraulic power source for the servo valve. The hydraulic pump station's output pressure is adjustable, and high and low pressures can be switched to meet the oil source supply under different test conditions. The cooling system can be selected from water cooling, air cooling, and compressor refrigeration according to different conditions.
