The smart torque screwdriver calibration device is developed and manufactured in accordance with the "JJG707-2014 Torque Wrench Verification Regulations" and "JJG797-2013 Torque Wrench Calibration Instrument Verification Regulations". This device is an intelligent multi-functional measuring instrument designed and manufactured for testing and inspecting various torque wrenches. It is mainly used for testing and calibrating various torque wrenches, tightening force, and destructive torsion tests of parts. It features simple operation, high accuracy, and comprehensive functions, and is widely used in various industries such as electrical, light industry, machinery manufacturing, and research institutions.

Performance Features

1. Test Types: Can test screwdrivers; with appropriate sensors, it can test torque wrenches below 50 N·m.

2. The instrument comes with ambient temperature, humidity, and atmospheric pressure measurement.

3. The device has an Ethernet port and can upload test data in batches to the metrology management system via the local area network.

4. It has a GPS function; the instrument retrieves corresponding test information based on GPS latitude and longitude coordinates, and the LCD screen displays specific test information such as unit name, instrument name, manufacturer, and verification date. 5. The 4G transmission function allows measurement data to be transmitted to the cloud and displayed and analyzed on a PC in real time, generating certificates and original records.

6. The device can be connected to a barcode scanner; scanning QR codes or barcodes extracts instrument information. After verification, a QR code printer can automatically print qualified labels.
