I. Product Overview and Applications
1. This machine is mainly used for torque testing or comparative testing and analysis of metal and non-metal materials, screws, wrench tools, etc. It mainly consists of a test head, sensing system, transmission and speed change system, and computer control system.
2. Advanced computer technology combined with the test head makes testing operations very convenient.
3. The system consists of an advanced computer and a standard test head. The test head includes a torque sensor, optical encoder, and variable speed drive. This design allows the system to maintain a constant rotation (0.5-10 rpm) while simultaneously measuring the torque and position of the product.
4. The torque, rotation angle, and rotation time parameters of the tester are all controlled by the computer interface, and it has automatic forward and reverse rotation testing functions. It collects test data in real time and can plot corresponding test curves (such as torque-time, torque-angle curves, etc.). Data can be stored, retrieved, and printed, ensuring accurate and reliable results without human error.
5. The equipment is equipped with an emergency stop device and overload, overvoltage, and overcurrent protection functions. When any parameter exceeds the preset value, the testing machine stops rotating.
