Product Introduction
Equipped with a dedicated testing mode compliant with the GB/T 36276-2023 "Lithium-ion Batteries for Power Energy Storage" standard for adiabatic temperature rise characteristics, this is a specialized calorimeter designed to study large-format battery cells and small modules with long sides ranging from 100 mm to 600 mm. It enables tests on battery thermal runaway, gas generation, heat generation during charging and discharging, and specific heat capacity measurement, accurately capturing parameters such as heat generation during charge/discharge cycles, specific heat capacity, initial thermal runaway temperature, maximum thermal runaway rate, adiabatic temperature rise characteristics, gas volume, and gas evolution rate. The instrument provides data support for evaluating the safety performance of lithium batteries and battery modules, and serves as a basis for assessing thermal management systems in power batteries. Key features include adiabatic thermal runaway testing, resistance wire-assisted heating, GB/T 36276-compliant adiabatic temperature rise testing, gas collection and pressure testing, thermal/electrical/mechanical abuse testing, specific heat capacity measurement, charge/discharge heat generation testing, multi-point temperature measurement, and video monitoring.
