Its daily use does not affect efficiency at all, and it can still obtain precise and reliable detection results.
Technical Features
By adopting advanced multi-probe temperature sensing technology, the water temperature inside the inner cylinder, the water temperature outside the cylinder, the room temperature, and the water temperature in the temperature control tank are all monitored in real time. An automatic temperature-controlled water circulation system is used, enabling both variable temperature and constant temperature working modes. In the variable temperature mode, the water temperature changes along with the room temperature, which solves the problem of heat exchange between the outer cylinder water and the indoor air during the calorimeter test, eliminating the main factor that affects the test results of the calorimeter.
By adopting a unique pump circulation method, the temperatures at all points of the entire calorimetric system of the instrument are made to be quite balanced, ensuring the accuracy of the test results.
Utilizing the independently developed automatic oxygen bomb lifting and lowering mechanism, it is highly automated and the operation is simple and convenient.
Using imported insulation materials, it effectively blocks the influence from the external environment, and the instrument has a stronger anti-interference ability.
This device adopts a high-precision probe-type electronic measuring cup. There is no need for manual weighing of the water weight. The internal cylinder water volume is automatically measured. The repeat error is less than 0.5g. The water volume is more accurate, and the test time is shorter, faster, more accurate and easier to operate.
The automatic fault detection function for the ignition wire can accurately identify the abnormal condition of the ignition wire.
It can be connected to the laboratory management system, enabling the transfer of balance data without any loss, as well as the backup and upload of test results.
For solid waste samples, special oxygen bombs and crucibles can be selected as accessories.
It can be optionally equipped with an oxygen bomb gas collection device, which is used for collecting the gas inside the oxygen bomb.
