Droplet Test Instrument for Grease with Wide Temperature Range
This precision instrument is designed and manufactured in strict compliance with the National Standard GB/T3498 of the People's Republic of China, "Determination of Drop Point of Grease in a Wide Temperature Range". As a specialized metal bath apparatus, it is engineered for accurate determination of grease drop points according to GB/T3498 specifications.
Testing Principle
The testing procedure involves placing grease samples into a specialized grease cup equipped with a drop point thermometer. Under controlled heating conditions, the instrument precisely measures the temperature at which the first drop of liquid falls from the sample, defining this critical temperature as the drop point.
