This precision instrument is designed and manufactured in strict compliance with the People's Republic of China industry standard SH/T 0324 "Determination of Grease Oil Separation in Steel Mesh (Static Method)." It is specifically engineered for measuring the oil separation tendency of grease under elevated temperature conditions.
Test Method: A 10g sample is placed in a metal wire steel mesh and maintained in static conditions at 100℃±1℃ for 30 hours. The instrument measures the mass percentage of oil flowing out through the steel mesh.
