HUASHEWNG SHORT CYCLE production line hot press machine full automatic SLP short cycle laminating press is mainly used for laminating melamine impregnated paper--decorative paper/ wood grain paper onto various wood based panels (fiberboard, particle board,HDF,MDF as well as other man-made boards)
The automatic laminating line adopts PLC controller and HMI control, fast reponse, high position accuracy, to save labor cost and improve the productivity. So, it has the feature of stable performance, high production efficiency, and easy operation.
This assembly line comprises of different machines, and some optional devices could be installed to realize other functions if requested, such as brusher, vacuum loader, vacuum unloader, auto trimmer, cooling line, stacking device, etc
This kind of hot press primarily used for melamine faced particle board and MDF board. This kind of hot press produces laminated board by overlaying decorative paper(melamine paper or veneer) on MDF/PB by high temperature to melt the glue.
Short cycle lamination press machine is widely used in veneering surface decoration patterns of furniture borad, common ones are melamine veneering for MDF and particle board.
