Description:
1. Our hot press machine for plywood is the traditional main machine in plywood production, vital to plywood quality,so the quality of the machine is very important.

5. The hydraulic circuit is composed of integrated blocks and compact in structure, ensuring accurate and reliable action of the system.
6. The steam system is designed as a "double entering and double exiting" arrangement to ensure even temperature distribution in hot platens.

This kind of hot press primarily used for melamine faced particle board and MDF board. This kind of hot press produces laminated board by overlaying decorative paper(melamine paper or veneer) on MDF/PB by high temperature to melt the glue. This is mainly used for laminated flooring.
Application :The machine adopts gantry design, processing with high-quality steel welding, power point through rigorous calculation, no distortion and high stability; the hydraulic system for the rapid closure station, advanced structure, low failure rate, high flow and pressure quickly, improve production effectiveness. Its operation is simple, reliable performance, double inlet steam piping, automatic temperature and time control to ensure the hot plate temperature uniformity. This machine is widely used in decorative plywood, block board, melamine panels like veneer.
