Unlike panel benders that rely on manual or automatic tool change, the LHA-A series panel bender requires no tooling change at all — tooling segments assemble automatically to the exact length each job calls for, cutting setup time and keeping production moving as part specifications change.
The LHA-A series panel bender uses an automatic tool-splicing design: tooling segments assemble automatically to match the length of each workpiece, with no manual or automatic tool swap in between. This removes a major source of downtime and keeps output consistent across multi-product runs.
A self-developed CNC control system supports intuitive operation, intelligent programming, and optimized bending paths. Precise multi-axis control keeps the panel bender's performance stable and production repeatable.
